When you book you will be signed up to the whole 5 weeks, so you only need to book one place.

Each session is delivered through Zoom by our trained Family Mentor and lasts around 1 hour, this isn't pre recorded.

You will learn:

• Week1 - Legs

• Week 2 - Tummy

• Week 3 - Chest, Arms & Hands

• Week 4 - Head & Face

• Week 5 - Back

The key benefits of Baby Massage are:

• Improves relaxation, encouraging longer sleep duration for infants

• Helps to relieve the effects of colic, teething, constipation and wind

• Stimulates all of a baby's major systems such as - Coordination, respiration, digestion, learning ability and language development

• Helps strengthen the bond between parent and child

• Relaxes both parent and child

Our groups are not just for mum and baby, dads are welcome too.

Once you have booked your place on the 5 week course our Family Mentor will contact you to go through our consent process. Don't worry you wont be asked for any money, we just need to check some information before the start date.

Small Steps Big Changes is a lottery funded programme that is led by Nottingham CityCare Partnership. SSBC is delivered by us at Framework in Hyson Green, Arboretum & St Ann's.
